The spine is bended sideway and the bottom torso is shrink to reach the bottom hand on the floor.

The First Priority2

The spine is extended and both sides of the torso are elongated and parallel to each other.

Use various props for the optimal spinal integrity.
Using props does not mean you are incapable of doing yoga.
